USI’s economics program teaches you the science of decision-making through the tools of an incentives-audit, game theory and data analysis using statistical techniques and software. This training in decision-making gives you a particular advantage if you are keen on becoming CEO of a company one day. Our program teaches students to utilize skills such as problem solving, critical thinking and strategic decision making to analyze human behavior. The graduates of USI's economics program have started their careers as data analysts, economic and financial analysts, legal experts, working for companies such as Vectren, Springleaf Financial, M&T Bank, and some have gone on to found their own companies.
