About the Expert

Dr. Brian Crose holds a PhD in higher education leadership and possesses Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt Certifications. He has over 20 years of experience in higher education and online learning. During his tenure, he has led various units including instructional design, operations, project management, curriculum development, student advising, student affairs and registration services. He also led oversight of academic compliance, regulatory compliance, programmatic accreditation, program management, faculty evaluation and overall academic administration. Crose is responsible for hiring and developing an estimated 3,500 faculty members, training them in effective pedagogy, andragogy and the effective utilization of technology in the classroom. He has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses at various in institutions since 2002.
