About the Expert

Rick Hudson's professional journey began as a high school math teacher before transitioning into his current role as Professor and Chair of Mathematical Sciences at USI. At the heart of his academic pursuits lies a dedicated focus on the teaching and learning of data analysis and statistics alongside issues pertinent to the professional education of teachers. Hudson holds the role of Vice President of Professional Learning for the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators where he uses his expertise to shape and advance professional development initiatives within the field.
