Susan Todd is an Instructor, Advisor and Career Coach at the University of Southern Indiana. She helps students understand their strengths, clarify goals and connect their education to meaningful careers. Todd specializes in career exploration, resume and cover letter development, interviewing skills, networking and job search strategy. She is a public speaker who has presented her work on career assessments and career decision-making across campus. She also publishes articles and a monthly career newsletter on LinkedIn that supports students, alumni and employers with guidance on interviewing, resumes, job fairs and workforce expectations. She teaches courses in career and self-discovery, personal and professional development, and internships. She created an AI-embedded internship model that allows students to partner with employers on projects that incorporate practical AI solutions. She is committed to helping learners build confidence and pursue purposeful careers.
