Nutrition resources:

CNHP Healthy Eating Resources and Nutrition Videos: Explore videos from USI's Food & Nutrition program. Topics include incorporating fruits and veggies, understanding food labels, meal prepping and more! 

Choose My Plate: Learn the building blocks for a healthy diet, and explore resources related to each food group. From the US Department of Agriculture. 

Sodexo Hot Spot - A guide to all the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free food choices on campus. 

Mindful by Sodexo - A guide to mindful eating with recipes, eating tips and tricks, and Q&A with a dietitian. The website also includes information about mindful living and exercise. 

Food Assistance:

Archie's Food Closet - Archie's Closet stocks non-perishable food items and hygiene supplies for any student. Simply ask for 'Archie" at the Fitness Center front desk anytime the RFWC is open, or e-mail the.rec@usi.edu to schedule an appointment. Bring your student ID and you're good to go! 

Swipe out hunger meal assistance - the USI Dean of Students office is partnering with Swipe Out Hunger and Sodexo to help students experiencing food insecurity.
