The University of Southern Indiana requires that all individuals, organizations, departments and companies, both internal and external, obtain permission before using the marks of the University in a commercial or non-commercial manner.

The University has taken the action necessary to protect USI Trademarks under applicable federal and state law and has developed policies and procedures to license their use under limited circumstances (see Licensing and Trademark). The University logo is reserved for use only by individuals and units communicating in an official capacity on behalf of The University of Southern Indiana. Any commercial use of any University mark requires prior approval and contractual agreement with USI Marketing and Communications.

Non-University requests for use of University logos, trademarks and wordmarks should be directed to USI Marketing and Communication.
