Campus Hazing Transparency Report

In compliance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (December 2024) and Indiana HB1380 (July 1, 2024), the University of Southern Indiana publishes a public report of hazing incidents in which a student organization is found responsible for a hazing violation.

For the 2024-2025 academic year, there were no incidents to report or investigate. In the future, if there are incidents to report, they will include summaries of the investigation, findings, and sanctions imposed. These reports do not include names or other identifiable information of the individuals. Each report is labeled with the name of the organization and the semester and year of the incident that led to the adjudication.

This page will be updated twice a year on January 1 and August 1.

If a hazing incident needs to be reported, please complete the incident report. For additional information, please visit the Institutional Equity Office.
