Rice Library Testing Center

Welcome to Rice Library Testing Center!

The RLTC, provides space for students to take exams in a proctored setting.

Proctored testing for Placement Exams, Professional Tests, and other situations such as testing outside of class meeting time is offered during open hours. Information about each of these options can be found on the menu provided.

To register for a seat in RLTC, use the RegisterBlast registration site that is linked to our testing center. You should see a page that looks like this.

Click, "Sign in with School Credentials" and use your USI Username and password.

This will take you to Exam Registration details. You will complete the exam information and add it to a cart at the end of the online form.

There is no cost/no payment to register for testing.

The Testing Center will be closing December 18 and will reopen January 6

  • Monday- Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 12:00noon - 3:00pm
  • Sunday: 2:00pm - 5:00pm

*Please note: ETS testing is not affected by Library closing.
