Application Process

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Deadline: January 23, 2026

Before you begin, prepare thoughtful responses to:
• Why are you interested in being an Orientation Leader?
• What past experiences (involvement or employment) will help you succeed in this role?

You’ll also need to:
• List your campus involvement
• Provide contact info for two references (name, email, position) — be sure to ask their permission first!

Step 2: Individual Interview

Timeframe: January 19-26

All applicants will be asked to sign up for a 20-minute individual interview. This is your chance to share your story, strengths, and how you’ll contribute to the Orientation Leader team.

Step 3: Position Offers

Notifications sent by January 27

The selection committee will choose candidates who best align with the team’s mission and needs. All applicants will be notified of their status.
