OT faculty receive Kinney College Faculty Development Award

January 21, 2026

Dr. Jessica Mason, Chair and Associate Professor of Occupational Therapy, and Dr. Jenna Thacker, Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy, received the 2025-2026 Kinney College Faculty Development Award for their proposal, "Then and Now: A Comparative Study of Fieldwork Educators’ Perceived Essential Skills for OT Students Beginning Level II Fieldwork." Funded by the USI Foundation, this annual award provides opportunities for faculty to enhance professional standing and improve teaching skills through research and scholarly and creative projects.
