The Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education will support innovation in teaching, research and service.

Strategies:

  • The Pott College will provide internal grant opportunities to support innovation in teaching, research and/or service.

  • The Pott College will increase financial support for appropriate materials, facilities and technologies that support innovative teaching and research.

  • The Pott College will develop faculty learning communities at the department level that assist faculty in developing instructional technologies.

  • The Pott College will better disseminate faculty innovations in teaching, research and service using modern media and local forums to share both research and teaching practices.
