The Indiana SANE Training Project is coordinated by Erica Rasler, MBA, BA. Erica earned a bachelor's degree in law and society, with a minor in psychology and a minor in child development and family studies from Purdue University in 2005. She earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 2025.
Prior to becoming the Project Coordinator, Erica worked for nearly 19 years at the Department of Child Services for the State of Indiana. She has experience as a family case manager, supervisor and local office director.
Erica is a member of the Association for Child and Youth Care Practice and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She serves on the board of the Southwest Indiana Regional Coalition Against Trafficking (SIRCAT) and is a member of Prevent Child Abuse of Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Gibson Counties.
A lifelong Hoosier, Erica resides in Evansville, Indiana.
