Calendar Guidelines

The University of Southern Indiana Calendar is for events organized, hosted, sponsored or co-sponsored by USI departments, colleges, centers, alumni groups and officially sanctioned student organizations. Events may be open to the general public or private events for USI faculty, staff, students, and/or alumni. They may also be hosted on-campus or off-campus.

USI students, faculty, and staff may submit events to the calendar. USI will not accept event submissions from individuals or organizations from outside of the University.

Event venues must be reserved and confirmed with USI Special Events and Scheduling prior to submitting your event to the calendar.

Upon submission, a calendar manager will review your event before it is publicly posted to the calendar. USI reserves the right to approve, reject, edit or make special consideration for any events submitted to the calendar. Submissions that don’t have a complete description will not be accepted.

To ensure your event achieves maximum publicity, we strongly recommend submitting at least two weeks prior to the event date.
