Commuter Student Welcome Week Information

Welcome Week Check-In | Wednesday, August 14 - Sunday, August 18 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. | University Center West

Commuter Students can pick up Welcome Week materials and their New Student Planner at University Center West on:

•  - Wednesday, August 14 and Thursday, August 15 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the University Center West Info Desk
•  - Thursday, August 15 before New Student Convocation in the Screaming Eagles Arena from 3-4 p.m.
•  - Friday, August 16 from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the University Center West Info Desk.
•  - Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the University Center West Information Desk.

When you arrive on campus, skip the Housing Check-In car line in the left lane and drive in the right lane to Parking Lot C by the Screaming Eagles Arena (the building with glass and the eagle design).

• Register Your Vehicle: Commuter students are strongly encouraged to register their vehicles. No permit is required to park on campus. Register vehicles with Public Safety.
