USI Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

Offers emotional support and understanding with the aim of reducing fears and anxieties. Emotional aspects of trauma can be explored and confidentially discussed. Counselors can act as advocates and/or provide referrals to appropriate community resources.

USI Campus Ministry

Offers supportive counseling and spiritual care. Also provides referrals as student requests.

While a victim may not choose to prosecute criminally, she/he retains the right to file a complaint through the University Code of Conduct.
