Retiring: Tiles Widget

With the Template 2025 update, the Tiles Widget has been retired to improve accessibility and mobile performance across USI websites. The previous tile format posed usability challenges, especially for visitors using assistive technology or viewing on smaller screens. Any existing tiles on your pages have been automatically transitioned to the new Spotlight design, an updated, accessible, and fully responsive layout that offers a cleaner, more modern way to highlight key content or calls to action.

As you can see, the legacy Tiles are not uniform in size or style, which can lead to an uneven appearance on your page. We recommend rebuilding these areas using the Spotlight Widget. The Spotlight offers greater flexibility and consistency, allowing you to create evenly styled sections with more control over layout, imagery, and design. This ensures your content looks polished, accessible, and visually cohesive across all devices.
