Congratulations to our team who competed at the 2017 Alberta Not For Profit Case Competition. They came home with the Spirit Award, one of the four awards from the competition. The USI team won it based on the ideas they presented, their overall embracing the spirit of the competition, and networking with other competitors.
The competition was held March 2-5, 2017, in Alberta, Canada. The teams are chosen for the competition by application, and USI was the only team from the United States to be invited. There was a team from Scotland and the remaining teams were from Canada.

The team members are: Brandon Cooper (Accounting); Emily McAtee (Marketing and Management); Gloria Sengwe (Economics); and Shannon Farrell (Accounting). Faculty sponsor is Mr. Tim Bryan, instructor in accounting.
