APS club receives IMA Gold Certificate of Excellence

USI’s Accounting and Professional Services Club (an IMA Student Chapter) has been selected to receive the Gold Certificate of Excellence from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) for the 2017-2018 academic year. The Award of Excellence is presented to those student chapters meeting the requirements as established by IMA. The program’s emphasis is on IMA and the promotion of management accounting/financial management as a profession and a career while encouraging IMA student chapters to be creative in providing services to their members. There are three levels of achievement in the program: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Student chapters that fulfill the requirements of the selected level of achievement will receive an Award of Excellence Certificate.

It is an honor to achieve this level of success for completing the required elements of the IMA Award of Excellence.
