  • Fund-Org Selection Guide -- Use this guide to assist with recording the expenses for the Fund or Organization that will most directly benefit from the purchase.
  • Financial Manager and Index Code Spreadsheet -- Use this spreadsheet to determine the proper Fund, Org, and Program codes for BuyUSI POs and PCard purchases and to look up the Index Code for BuyUSI POs.
