HONS 291

Seminar in Medicine is a discussion-based course designed to provide realistic information about the practice of medicine and the path to medical school. Advice on MCAT preparation, applications, shadowing experiences, and personal statements helps students begin the process of medical school application.

Students should enroll in HONS 291 in the Spring of their Sophomore year, or approximately a year and a half before medical school application. Enrollment in the course is requires instructor approval.
