Living on Campus
Students must be actively enrolled full-time per semester to be eligible to live in University Housing. Students who drop below full-time enrollment must notify Housing and Residence Life by emailing Living. Eligibility to remain living in University Housing when enrolled less than full-time is at the discretion of Housing and Residence Life.
Application Process
Applying to live on campus is a two-step process. The first step is completing the application, paying the $50 non-refundable application fee and $300 room reservation payment, and signing the application. Next, is choosing your bedspace during the designated room selection process: February for current housing residents and May for new students. Spring only applications do not participate in a room selection process. Housing staff assign these students.
It is important to note that the housing application is for a bedspace and not a specific room type (4 person/2 bedroom, 2 person/2 bedroom, etc.). Room types are first come, first serve.
