Summer Housing

Campus housing is available during the summer terms. Rates for summer 2025 are listed below.

  • Rates are $27 per night for a four person/two bedroom or $47 per night for two person/two bedroom.
  • The summer contract will be available on the Housing Portal in April 2025.
  • Students will be housed in the apartments designated for summer housing.
  • Current residents will not check out of their spring assignment. Residents will be contacted by Housing and Residence Life when their summer assignment is ready.
  • There is not a summer class enrollment requirement. To be eligible, students must have been enrolled at USI during spring 2025 and be enrolled in classes for fall 2025. 
  • Summer contracts must be a minimum of three weeks in length. 
  • To ensure housing facilities are ready for fall move in, summer contracts must be completed and students moved in by June 30, 2025. 
  • Any student completing a summer contract after Friday, May 2, must inform the HRL office (email Living) they plan to move onto campus for the summer.
