46th Annual University of Southern Indiana Juried Student Art Exhibition
April 3 - May 1, 2016
Reception: 2-4 p.m., Sunday, April 3, 2016

The 46th Annual University of Southern Indiana Juried Student Art Exhibition will be on display April 3 – May 1, 2016 in the Kenneth P. McCutchan Art Center/Palmina F. and Stephen S. Pace Galleries, located in the lower level of the Liberal Arts Center on the USI campus.

This year’s juror, Jim Bryant, professor of art and design at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, selected 147 works of art created by USI art students in the past year from the 397 submitted for consideration. Paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramic works, woodworking, graphic design works, video art, photographs, prints and jewelry will be on display.

Nearly $9,000 in merit awards, scholarships and purchase awards, generously donated by area business and individuals, will be announced at a free public reception for the artists Sunday, April 3 from 2 to 4 p.m. The award winners will be announced at 3 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

The McCutchan Art Center/Pace Galleries is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.
