Faculty Absence - Class Coverage Form Fill out this form if:

  • You cancel a class due to an emergency
  • You will not be physically meeting with your face-to-face course
  • You will not be conducting your synchronous class synchronously
  • You will be unavailable for your asynchronous class due to university travel, professional development, or illness
