IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

USI Travel Updates:

• As of January 1, 2025, USI Per Diem Rates have increased.

System Updates:

• As of January 17, 2025, Chrome River became Emburse Enterprise. After all software changes are complete, we will update webpages, guides, and other documents with the new name.

Domestic Travel News:

• Beginning May 7, 2025 -- U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights

International Travel News:

• As of January 8, 2025 -- The United Kingdom (UK) is implementing a new Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) program. Visit the official UK ETA website for more information.
• In October 2025 -- U.S. travelers visiting one of these European countries will need to register via the Entry/Exit System (EES)
• In the last quarter of 2026 -- U.S. travelers visiting the European Union (EU) will need to be pre-approved by the EU. Visit the official ETIAS website for more information.
