Chartered Buses

Do you need a chartered bus for a trip or an event?

Go to the Procurement BuyUSI webpage and click the BuyUSI -- Chartered Buses tab.

  • Note: Chartered buses are requested through BuyUSI because a PO is needed.

Will you also need to submit a Pre-Approval (PA) in Emburse Enterprise (formerly Chrome River) for the chartered bus?

  • Yes, if there will be additional travel expenses (e.g., lodging, registration)*
  • No, if the chartered bus is the only trip expense (make a note of this on the PO)

*Include a note on the PA that a chartered bus is being used for the trip. Do not include the Bus/Shuttle expense tile on the PA.
