Designed for leaders at all levels who want to improve their ability to coach others more effectively, this workshop focuses on the key principles and skills needed. This includes understanding the role of the coach and the main types of coaching opportunities; conducting effective coaching sessions; giving constructive feedback; and providing appropriate resources and removal of barriers that could stand in the way of the improved performance of those being coached.
