Not sure if Lean Six Sigma is right for your organization? Start with the Lean Six Sigma White Belt program. This introductory program gives you a solid foundation in continuous improvement and shows how small changes can lead to big results. You will learn how Lean Six Sigma principles can boost efficiency, enhance effectiveness, and help your organization reach its goals faster.

Core concepts and principles

  • Define Lean Six Sigma: Understand what Lean Six Sigma is and its value in an organization.
  • Introduce Lean and Six Sigma principles: Grasp the basic concepts of reducing waste (Lean) and variation (Six Sigma).
  • Explain terminology: Become familiar with key terms and concepts within the methodology.

Our instructors are accredited providers of the Council for Six Sigma Certification. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to test and receive an internationally recognized certification. A Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) certified White Belt is an individual that has been provided and has demonstrated an understanding of the most basic level of the Six Sigma Methodology. The White Belt Certification designation also reflects knowledge by the individual of the basic definition, history, and structure of the discipline. This understanding provides a solid awareness of who is involved in the actual Six Sigma implementation, and their roles within an organization.
