Working Genius is a groundbreaking productivity model to help individuals identify their natural talents. By understanding which types of work fulfill them and which lead to disengagement, people can enhance their self-awareness, boost productivity, and achieve greater success.

This model defines six core activities essential to any kind of work and offers a clear framework for how work gets accomplished. Working Genius transforms the way people approach work by helping them leverage their natural gifts, creating more engaged, effective, and successful teams.
