Online Care Partner Support Group

for people caring for someone living with dementia

The Online Care Partner Support Group will be offered free of charge by The Bronstein Center for Healthy Aging and Wellness, in conjunction with Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care. This live series is an educational support group for dementia caregivers. Sessions will include video clips of Teepa Snow, interactive activities and discussions, and post-session resources. Please understand that sessions will be facilitated using the Zoom webinar platform and require participants to use a device with a camera and microphone. To maintain confidentiality, sessions will not be recorded. Download the flyer now!
