Criteria: Awarded to a junior dental hygiene student. Recipient must be a active member of the ADHA USI Student Chapter who meets ADHA Code of Ethics, has a minimum GPA (overall) of 3.5 and an excellent clinical aptitude,.

Criteria: Award to a dental hygiene student. Preference given to a student with need. May not be awarded to a graduating senior. Recipient must be enrolled during the upcoming academic year in order to receive this scholarship. May be renewed with a 3.0.

Selection Process: Faculty to select
Criteria: Full-time USI students who are natural-born citizens of the United States majoring in dental hygiene with preference given to students from the Tri-State area of Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. Students who are in good academic standing at USI and maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher when the scholarship is awarded and received. The scholarship shall be awarded annually and shall be renewable at the discretion of the Dental Hygiene program faculty if the recipient continues to meet the eligibility.
