  • Lifelong learning: The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) has awarded its highest accreditation rating to the continuing education programs in the College of Nursing and Health Professions. The Kinney College of Nursing and Health Professions features several healthcare facilities and learning centers, both on and off campus. They include:

  • USI's Dental Hygiene Clinic, which serves thousands of children and adults each year. All services are performed by students and are supervised and evaluated by dental hygiene faculty.
  • The Bronstein Center for Healthy Aging and Wellness, a service and research hub that partners with care providers throughout the region to promote best practices in the field of gerontology and prepare students to meet the unique needs of our aging population
  • The high-tech Clinical Simulation Center, where nursing and healthcare students work on interdisciplinary teams in realistic scenarios.
